But really, who the hell am I?
I'm Ashley J and I'm a full time Graphic Design student:) I am basically living in a computer lab and I'm in a civil union with the Adobe Suite. It's a beautiful little relationship.
When I'm not in school, I do...well...everything else.
I am a freelance fashion photographer / editorial photographer. I loathe the average outfit shoot stereotype that's become the norm for fashion bloggers...so I make my own rules.
I model in most of the photos you see, of course...but my goal in life is to eventually be behind the camera 100%. I want to flood the world with visions of haute couture beauty:)
I am a traditional artist/ designer too:)
I do everything from acrylic paintings to illustration to custom footwear and accessories...just to name a few..
I also design for a clothing company Jeffie.com ...which means I get to put all of my bad ass graphic designs skills to use and create original art for the sickest clothing you've ever seen.
I run an online freelance design business Artofashley.com . I take on independent business clients who are in need of logos, brand identities, website help, and overall design execution.
And in 2012, I created and established my own online global fashion and art magazine, which was a way to utilize all of the skills I have and create something tangible and visually new and beautiful. ( CXIII Magazine)
I guess you could say...I'm more than a blogger. I'm more than a bunch of pictures. I don't want to be famous, or the best dressed, or any of that.
I just want to inspire and change the world with any creative medium I can :)
